The Inclusive Employer Awards (IEA) recognizes innovative business leaders & employers in the community who promote inclusive hiring & meaningful employment opportunities for people with diverse abilities.

2025 Event Cancelled

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s IEA Awards event. While we’re incredibly disappointed not to celebrate together in person, we’re committed to honouring the awards and the incredible talent behind the nominations. Nominations will still continue as planned, and we’re excited to recognize the outstanding individuals and teams who’ve made a real impact. The five award winners will be announced by November 20 and we will be personally hand-delivering their awards to ensure they receive the recognition they deserve.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. Stay tuned for more updates — and congratulations in advance to all our amazing nominees!
